All items purchased from Midex, are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. An extended warranty is available for purchase on many items.

If a defect should occur during the warranty period, it must be returned to Midex Software for repair or exchange. A “return merchant authorization” is required prior to return and can be obtained by sending email to support@midexsoftware.com. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, insurance, and sufficient packing, to prevent any damage to the item.

Upon evaluation, if the item is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. No further liability is accepted. This warranty is void if the item has been tampered with, abused, used in any negligent manner or if the warranty seal has been broken.
