How to change IP Address in Fingerprint Reader

Applies to: ZKSoftware, ZKTechnologies, A10, A11, A5, A8, x628, X628C, U300, U300C, U300C-ID, US10C, US10C-ID, US100, US100C, US100CR, S900, S900-ID

  1. Click on [Menu] button.
  2. If have at least one administrator, you will have to authenticate with the fingerprint or password to get into the menu.
  3. Use [Up]/[Down] buttons to select “Options” and press [OK] button.
  4. Use [Up]/[Down] buttons to select “Comm Opt” and press [OK] button.
  5. Use [Up]/[Down] buttons to select “Options” and press [OK] button.
  6. Use [Up]/[Down] buttons to select “IP Addr” and press [OK] button.
  7. Use [Up]/[Down] buttons jump between each section of IP address and use keypad to enter the desired number. Press [OK] button when you are done.
  8. Use [Up]/[Down] buttons to select “NetMask” and press [OK] button.
  9. Use [Up]/[Down] buttons jump between each section of IP address and use keypad to enter the desired number. Press [OK] button when you are done.
  10. Use [Up]/[Down] buttons to select “Gateway” and press [OK] button.
  11. Use [Up]/[Down] buttons jump between each section of IP address and use keypad to enter the desired number. Press [OK] button when you are done.
  12. Press [Esc] button to get out of the menu.  You will be asked to save.  Press [OK] button to confirm changes.
  13. Press [ESC] button several times until you exit to the main screen.
